Yes. If you receive a product with any manufacturing defect (e.g. cracks, card slot issues, missing accessories) within 7 days of delivery, we will arrange a free exchange.
To request an exchange: email a photo of the issue along with your order number to flipsidecasehk@gmail.com, or message us directly on WhatsApp (fastest response). We will follow up within 1–2 business days.
Please note: exchanges apply to product defects only. Personal reasons (e.g. wrong model selected, change of mind) are not eligible. Please confirm your phone model before ordering.

Just slip your card into our included Perfect Fit hard sleeve, then into the slot. The sleeve fully encases your card so it never directly contacts the case. Carry it out and about or in your bag with confidence.
Flipside has not gone through Apple's official MagSafe certification. In real-world use, magnetic accessories may still attach and charge, but the experience varies from person to person — it largely depends on your phone model, how strong the magnets in your charger or accessory are, and which MagSafe accessory you pair with the case. If MagSafe is part of your daily routine, we recommend testing with your own accessories first.
All models (iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro) are currently expected to ship late October 2026 and are paid in full at checkout. Yes — the full launch price of HK$188 is paid at checkout. There is no deposit and no balance. Pre-order models are paid in full too; only the ship date is later. You'll receive a confirmation email after ordering, and we'll notify you before shipping.
The slot is sized to the standard TCG format (63×88mm) — directly compatible with Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece and other standard-size games. Yu-Gi-Oh! cards are smaller (59×86mm) and need a standard-size conversion sleeve for a secure fit.
The slot encloses the card within the case, and the flexible TPU edges absorb impact — the case takes the hit first, not your card, with the hard sleeve adding another layer of protection.

The card is sandwiched between the phone and case, protecting it from bending, dust and daily wear — multi-layer physical protection for everyday carry. (For long-term storage we still recommend a UV-protected binder.)
