Every model is paid in full at checkout — no deposit, no balance. For anything not listed, leave your email on the model request page — when there's enough demand we produce a new batch and email you.

🇹🇼 Taiwan: likewise, only the shipping fee (approx. NT$250–300) is paid on delivery — the case itself is paid at checkout — arriving about 3–5 business days after dispatch. Taiwan parcels require recipient real-name verification via the「EZ Way 易利委」app (Taiwan customs rule); the product value is far below the NT$2,000 duty threshold, so no customs duty applies.
Change-of-mind returns (wrong model chosen, not to your taste) are not eligible — please confirm your phone model before ordering. The one exception: if a pre-order's estimated ship month slips materially, you may choose a full refund.

Optical-grade clarity
Most of a holo card's value sits in the foil on its surface — and you only see it through the case. Flipside uses optical-grade PC, so the texture and line work on an SR, SAR or UR still read clearly through the shell.
The usual question about a clear case is whether it yellows. Most budget clear cases are TPU, which discolours more readily with UV and skin oils; PC resists it better and stays highly clear under normal daily use. We won't promise it never changes — every clear material ages under sustained sunlight. For long-term storage a UV-protected binder is still the right place; the case is for the one card you carry today.
Inside-load card slot
Most card cases either wedge the card between phone and shell or drop it in through a slot at the top — easy to load, just as easy to lose. Flipside's recess sits in the back panel and loads only from inside the case: you take the case off the phone to swap, so the card cannot slip out from the outside during normal daily use.
The recess depth is cut for the thickness of a TCG hard sleeve. The card goes into one of the included Perfect Fit hard sleeves first, then into the slot, so the card face never rubs against the shell. Photocards are typically around 55×85mm — smaller than a standard TCG card — so they need a 63×88mm conversion sleeve to sit securely; test with your own sleeve first.

🇹🇼 Taiwan: SF Express, freight collect, about NT$250–300, arriving roughly 3–5 business days after dispatch. The recipient needs to clear customs via the EZ Way app; a single case sits below the NT$2,000 duty threshold, so duty normally does not apply.
If you find a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery we'll exchange it and cover the shipping. Orders are exchange-only, not refundable (except a materially delayed pre-order, which may be refunded in full) — please confirm your phone model before ordering.
